We are seeking architectural designer to join our team in Beijing, China.

-

• proficiency in relevant software, including but not limited to: Rhino and Grasshopper for precision modeling; SubD or Maya for organic form development; Enscape and D5 for real-time rendering; AI, PS, and ID for graphic presentation
• a bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, with two plus years’ of full-time architectural design experience. Candidates with prior experience at international firms are preferred

Ideal candidates should possess:

• a keen sensibility for avant-garde art and spatial aesthetics, with an uncompromising pursuit of design excellence. Experience in architecture, installation, or product design is required, along with the ability to articulate design concepts (demonstrated in a portfolio with complete design processes)
• strong adaptability and openness to integrate into MAD’s design philosophy, combining surreal architectural language with natural forms through seamless organic integration
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver consistent high-quality output under pressure, and manage multiple parallel design optimisations
