Role overview

We are seeking an experienced, talented, and collaborative Architect / Designer to work on educational, mixed use and healthcare projects. The selected candidate will be key members of the project team during all phases of development, from design presentation through construction administration.

What you will do

In this role, architects will develop design options, produce technical deliverables in BIM, develop interior and exterior detailing, and perform drawing coordination. This is a hands-on role, with room to grow professionally and as part of a community of engaged architects and designers.

Expertise we seek

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-7 years of relevant professional experience; Education, mixed-use, cultural, and healthcare knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, including knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing ability. Article 28 experience a pluss.
  • Outstanding graphic, 3D presentation, production, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency with Revit; familiarity with other 3D software and Adobe Design Suite
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United State and fluent in English.

What you can expect

Compensation

Salary $70,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience and skill level. Salaries are reviewed annually.
