What you will do
Key responsibilities:
- Design of landscape projects and day-to-day coordination of BIG-L team
- Generating creative, responsive, and boundary-pushing ideas in collaboration with Partners, project subconsultants and clients
- Technical development and management of landscape projects
- Production and coordination of drawing sets
- Ensuring design intent and quality across all stages
- Presentation and inspiring both internal design teams and client groups
- Balancing design intent, costs, and technical feasibility in close collaboration with design leadership
- Mentoring junior members in both design and technical developments
- Participate in landscape leadership strategies in future growth of BIG-L London
Expertise we seek
- Have completed at least 2 years of architectural studies (Landscape Architecture).
- Have strong skills in at least two of the following, with Rhino being a key asset: Rhino, Revit, Enscape and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrate a flexible and open mindset, with a willingness to embrace new ways of working.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Be currently enrolled as a student and not expected to graduate during the internship period. Please note that, under Spanish legislation, master's graduates are not eligible for internship contracts. We will verify your student status, and you will be required to sign an internship agreement, together with your university.
- Be available for a full-time internship with BIG for a minimum duration of 6 months.
