Founded by Apostolos Kanioris in 2009 in Preveza, Praxis Constructions has been providing services of engineering, architecture, constructions, etc. In 2020, the firm expanded with the Praxis Factory, located in the Industrial Zone of Preveza.

Immediate full-time permanent position in a construction company, based in Greece.

Praxis Constructions is looking for an architect to join its team of professionals, aspiring to create and evolve through working in a high-end working environment with a vast variety of clients and needs.

Your day to day will include:

• Creating 2D and 3D designs for projects from preliminary to full construction drawings and documentation using software design tools
• Collecting and analyzing relevant information to provide architectural solutions
• Reviewing in detail the architectural conceptual proposals
• Preparing and monitoring technical specifications in accordance with Greek buildings’ design and development legislation
• Verifying compliance with Urban Authorities designs & identifying arbitrary constructions
• Liaising with government authorities and assisting with technical administration material
• Overseeing assigned projects end to end on a regular or ad hoc basis as required
• Working closely with project team members and colleagues to ensure alignment and timely provision of deliverables

• Architecture/Architectural Design Degree
• Proficient user of AutoCAD, 3D SketchUp with Vray, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English languages (oral & written)

• Prior experience in retail engineering will be highly valued
